4 cups cooked wild rice (or wild rice mix)
1 cup cooked and shredded turkey
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 ½ cups cooked butternut squash
¾ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sliced almonds (optionally available)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place all components in a big bowl and blend till mixed.
- Pour casserole combination into a big baking dish and prepare dinner uncovered for half-hour or till the highest is golden brown.
